JOB DUTIES We are seeking a licensed nursing assistant for our staffing pool. The pool provides coverage for short-term absences within the Health and Care Administration. Work includes home care services, residential facilities, and LSS activities. Bookings may come with varying notice periods, both longer and shorter. You will join a work group consisting of dedicated and knowledgeable nursing assistants who meet regularly throughout the year for team meetings. The role involves providing our service users with the best possible care and support, and you will meet many service users with different needs. Work hours are scheduled for night shifts and approximately every third weekend. As a nursing assistant in the pool position, you will have annual working hours. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed nursing assistant with previous experience in the role. It is an advantage if you have prior experience in pool staffing and/or night work. A Class B driver's license and good computer skills are required for this position. ABOUT THE WORKPLACE The staffing unit is divided into day pool, night pool, and staffing coordinators, recruiters, and administrators. We are a service unit supporting our operations within the Health and Care Administration, and to a small extent also the Education Administration. In total, we are a team of 19.
