You build upon the resident's resources and provide support that meets physical, mental, and social needs. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other professionals and in accordance with applicable legislation, guidelines, and procedures. Your responsibilities • Perform care services and provide individually adapted support. • Perform service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal assistance. • Work in collaboration with other professionals for safe and good care. • Carry out work assignments according to delegation from licensed personnel. • Document and report according to applicable procedures. • Work from a salutogenic approach. • Guide and support colleagues in daily work. • Contribute to the development and improvement of care and operations. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements Trained nursing assistant with professional certification. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. Good computer skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Meritorious Experience and knowledge within care and health services. Experience from Procapita/Lifecare and APPVA.
