We are now seeking a nursing assistant for our team at Medical Ward 16. Medical Ward 16 in Sollefteå is part of the Western Primary Care Area and geographically covers Sollefteå and Kramfors municipalities. The area has a hospital centrally located in Sollefteå along the Ångerman River. Here is the small hospital with a big heart where we come together for the patient's benefit. We have short decision-making paths, close collaboration between units, and great concern for those we serve—the patient. On Ward 16, we work in teams with nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, and rehabilitation professionals. Here we care for patients with general medical conditions. You will meet a varied patient population and have the opportunity to develop broad expertise in areas such as heart attacks, heart failure, COPD, diabetes, and more. Additionally, you will work with patients in different life phases and with different needs; it is therefore important that you are flexible in meeting patients where they are. As a nursing assistant with us, you are an important part of a functioning care workflow. You meet people during difficult moments in their lives and have a significant role in their experience of their care. With the patient in focus, your work contributes to creating dignified and individualized care.
