Your duties As a night nursing assistant with us, you are an important source of security for the residents at Gamla Övägen 27. You work in a team but also have significant personal responsibility, and you support individuals based on their needs with nursing care, supervision, and security. You contribute to creating a calm, safe, and respectful night environment where every interaction counts. You will work with everything from basic nursing care, transfers, and documentation to creating calm, security, and structure during night shifts. You also contribute with observations and feedback that are important for the team's planning and follow-up. Some of your duties are to: Provide supervision, nursing care interventions, and service based on residents' needs Document and report according to current procedures and guidelines Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals for quality care Contribute to a good work climate with respect, cooperation, and clear communication Participate in developing work methods and procedures in the operation Who are you? You are a trained nursing assistant according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements and feel confident in your professional role. You communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written, and see good communication as an important part of care. You have good experience working with people with dementia and palliative care. As a person, you are calm, attentive, and confident, even when a lot is happening at once. You have the ability to adapt to changes that occur in your work. You enjoy working in a structured way, are thorough with documentation, and have a professional approach toward residents, relatives, and colleagues. You see what needs to be done in your work and have the ability to make decisions.
