About Villa Kristineberg
The residence has 60 apartments distributed over three floors for elderly people with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals.
We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 years visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add enrichment to the lives of our residents.
You have a group manager who spends most of their time working close to you in the facility. Becoming a group manager is also a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.
Here we work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs.
As a nursing assistant, you are extremely important!
Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and their habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to meet people's needs.
You are closest to the residents and thus have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge
We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also a plus. Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written is a requirement, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
