The work is performed in ordinary housing with tenants at the senior living facility Mogärde who have been granted home care services. As a nursing assistant in home care, your work tasks range from daily care and medical needs to cleaning and shopping. You are a practical and present support and contribute to creating security, structure, and participation in everyday life. We are looking for someone who is empathetic, warm, and engaged. You have good interpersonal skills and value and respect each person's right to privacy, self-determination, and participation. You are confident in taking responsibility and making decisions. You thrive in work where you both collaborate with others and take individual responsibility, and you contribute to a good work environment. This position is a maternity leave temporary assignment for approximately one year, with a scope of 80 percent or as agreed – with the possibility of flexible hours. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. The position requires an extract from the criminal record register. The extract should be for HVB homes and is ordered via the Police website.
