About the Position
This is a permanent position as a Nursing Assistant, with an initial limited-term assignment as Activities Coordinator. After the assignment, the employment continues as a Nursing Assistant with standard duties within the department.
As Activities Coordinator, you become a key person in our team with an important role in planning, coordinating, and implementing activities that contribute to quality of life and community. You base your work on the interests and needs of older adults and create varied content that brings both joy and stimulation. You work closely with care staff and external partners to create a daily life that promotes participation, quality of life, and community.
Your responsibilities include:
Planning, leading, and developing activities that strengthen health, social interaction, and meaning. Working with culture, music, movement, digital tools, and creative elements that stimulate memory, joy, and community. You collaborate with colleagues and external partners to develop a rich and varied activities program.
As Activities Coordinator in Tidaholm Municipality, you also have responsibility for a future digital welfare platform. Therefore, it is important that you have an interest in technology and the willingness to learn new things, dare to experiment, and pedagogically teach others how digital tools/games/technology can be used to create an exciting activities program.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is trained as a Nursing Assistant.
To thrive in this role, you need to be attentive, creative, unpretentious, and have an interest in technology – a person who can inspire others, listen with presence, and create participation in every interaction. You have a genuine commitment to people and always see possibilities where others might see obstacles.
A driver's license is a requirement, as travel is part of the position. You must have excellent command of Swedish in both speech and writing, good computer skills, and be confident using digital tools in your work.

Employment and Application
This is a full-time permanent position with a start date by agreement. Your regular employment is as a Nursing Assistant in Tidaholm Municipality, where you will have an assignment as Activities Coordinator for a limited period. The assignment is part of a development project that we have received funding for over one year. After this period, the project will be evaluated. If additional funds are granted, the assignment may be extended.
When the assignment ends, you return to your regular position as a Nursing Assistant with placement based on operational needs.
The Activities Coordinator assignment primarily involves daytime work, while the Nursing Assistant position follows the department's regular schedule.
