About the Position This is a brand new role created with the goal of strengthening collaboration between management and staff through clear communication, good coordination, and close support in our operations. We are looking for a trained nursing assistant who thrives on taking responsibility, planning, and creating good conditions for both residents and colleagues. In the role as nursing assistant with coordination responsibilities, you combine work in daily care with administrative and coordinating tasks. Through your work, you create the conditions for well-functioning operations and good collaboration among colleagues, while your main focus remains on residents' needs and ensuring quality care. You will be part of Eneberg's management team, where you have the opportunity to influence and contribute to the continued development of the facility. The position includes weekend work according to schedule. Your work tasks as a nursing assistant include, among other things: Personal care and support in daily life based on the resident's individual needs. Support with meals, transfers, and other daily activities. Perform delegated health and medical care tasks. Observe changes in the resident's health status and report findings. Document according to applicable legislation, routines, and care plans. Work from a person-centered approach and contribute to security, participation, and good quality of life. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals regarding residents' needs. In the coordinating part of the position, you work with: Oversight of daily staffing and operational needs. Handling short-term absences and vacancies that arise. Planning and allocating resources based on operational needs. Working with staffing and personnel planning in Heroma. Contributing to continuity and sustainable staffing. Supporting colleagues in daily planning and contributing to efficient workflows. Following up on important work tasks and routines being completed. Performing administrative work in the facility's digital systems. Documenting and working in Lifecare and Appva. Maintaining ongoing dialogue with the unit manager and deputy unit manager regarding staffing, planning, and operational needs. About You For this position, you need: Training as a nursing assistant and have applied for protected professional title Experience working in elderly care Good computer skills as documentation is digital Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you also have: Previous experience with coordination or staffing planning in healthcare and care Experience with Heroma and personnel planning Good knowledge of social documentation and care plans Experience handling short-term absences and filling vacant shifts Experience with mental health conditions and geriatric diseases Experience in specialized housing for the elderly We are looking for a trained nursing assistant with experience working in elderly care, preferably in specialized housing. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to combine professional care work with structure, forward planning, and the ability to prioritize when operational needs change rapidly. You are confident in your professional role, solution-oriented, and have an easy way of collaborating and communicating. About Us Eneberg is a nursing home with 72 apartments located on Lundmansgatan in central Norrtälje. 25 of the apartments belong to our two dementia care units, Översten and Enebo. We have approximately 35 employees working here every day. Operations are staffed 24/7 and we also have nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists on staff.
