At St. Knut and Aspen, there are a total of 99 apartments distributed across two somatic units and seven dementia units, as well as a day activity center. The staff team includes nursing assistants, coordinators, activity managers, specialist nurses, and registered nurses. St. Knut and Aspen is staffed around the clock with nursing assistants. On weekdays, occupational therapists and physiotherapists are also available. We are now seeking a permanent nursing assistant with a coordinator role. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a coordinator, you work in care and are part of the team, collaborating closely with your colleagues and unit manager to ensure our patients receive their approved services. You have a holistic perspective regarding the facility's needs. You adopt a mentoring approach in the units. Together with the unit manager and colleagues, you will drive and develop the operation toward established goals. You will contribute to an organization with clear structures and financial awareness. You are expected to maintain close contact with the work group and will, together with the unit manager, plan, lead, and follow up on daily work according to current procedures. As a coordinator, you have no direct personnel responsibility. As a coordinator, you work daytime Monday to Friday and every third weekend. Our coordinators work in the units and are part of the team according to operational needs. QUALIFICATIONS Nursing Assistant Employment type: Permanent position.
