Your New Job In this role, you will perform typical nursing assistant tasks such as personal care, service provision, medication management, documentation, and patient advocacy. In addition to this, you will have an overarching coordinator role at the elderly care facility. The coordinator role includes: - Planning and coordinating daily staffing based on operational needs. - Allocating personnel resources in close collaboration with managers and other coordinators. - Managing temporary and substitute staffing and handling planned and unplanned absences as well as temporary workload peaks. - Participating in schedule planning and supporting schedule-related matters. - Coordinating orientation, mentoring, and training initiatives for employees. - Supporting daily operations and contributing to smooth and efficient operations. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with several years of experience working in elderly care. You have strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and feel confident working in various digital systems. It is advantageous if you have: - Experience with schedule planning - Experience with staffing and vacancy management - Knowledge of the Multi Access system The work requires physical mobility, as the workday contains situations that cannot be predicted and must be handled in a manner appropriate to the situation. You are responsible, positive, and flexible, with the ability to see solutions and remain calm even when circumstances change. Good to Know This recruitment is for a permanent full-time position with start date by agreement. The position involves work as a nursing assistant and coordinator. Working hours are scheduled daytime shifts plus every other weekend, following the Kommunal collective agreement with 37 hours per week. We work with co-planning, which means you need to be flexible in period planning as it is adapted based on operational needs.
