Description We are now seeking a nursing assistant with extensive experience in dementia care for Ängslunda's special residential facility. Job Responsibilities Working as a nursing assistant is both varied and meaningful. You work closely with residents and contribute to their sense of security, participation, and quality of life in their daily lives. The work moves at a fast pace and requires flexibility and stamina. Your work is based on each individual's needs and care plan. You are there in daily life – for example at mealtimes, cleaning, laundry, and personal care. Examples of job responsibilities: Provide individualized care based on care plans Perform medical and rehabilitative interventions as delegated Document according to applicable legislation in digital systems Collaborate with colleagues, families, and licensed healthcare personnel Ensure that each resident maintains their autonomy, influence, and dignity The work is varied and enriching, and you meet people in many different situations. Through an empathetic and professional approach, you create a sense of security and wellbeing for the residents. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with genuine commitment to people. We also see that you have extensive experience in dementia care. We value your willingness to contribute to and develop our operations. You have a professional approach characterized by respect, dignity, and good conduct. The work requires flexibility, initiative, and teamwork skills. Other requirements: You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing You must be able to provide documentation of your protected professional title in order to be employed as a nursing assistant The employer will request a criminal record check upon employment You need access to digital identification for performing the position With your application, please attach your CV and a cover letter.
