We are now looking for a nursing assistant with scheduling responsibility at the supported housing facilities Björken and Eken in Habo Municipality. WORK TASKS As a nursing assistant with scheduling responsibility, you combine nursing care with administrative tasks related to scheduling and planning. Your work tasks include, among other things: · Individualized nursing care and support for residents. · Delegated health and medical care tasks. · Documentation and implementation plans. · Scheduling and personnel planning for Björken and Eken. · Collaboration with unit manager and colleagues regarding personnel planning. You work both independently and together with other staff members to create good quality for the residents and a sustainable work environment for personnel. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts on both weekdays and weekends. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and who have experience working in elderly care as well as experience with scheduling, staffing planning, or work in staffing systems. To succeed in the role, you need to: · Be structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. · Have good collaboration skills and professional demeanor. · Be able to plan and prioritize in an operation where conditions sometimes change quickly. · Have good computer skills and an aptitude for learning new digital systems. · Master Swedish well in speech and writing.
