With us at Short-Term Care, you will become part of a dedicated and experienced team of nursing assistants working together to provide safe, secure care. The work is varied and meaningful, where you combine independent responsibility with close collaboration within the interprofessional team consisting of nursing assistants, registered nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and benefits administrators.

At Short-Term Care, you meet people with different needs and life situations. Here, patients with various medical conditions, rehabilitation needs, and mental health challenges are cared for. Our work is based on a person-centered approach where the individual's needs and resources are always at the center.
As a nursing assistant at Short-Term Care, you are responsible for good care and actively contribute to patients' well-being and rehabilitation. You also perform health and medical care services following delegation or instruction from licensed personnel, so you need to be delegatable.
We are looking for you who is flexible, responsible, and able to adapt your approach to each individual's unique needs. You follow routines, are confident with documentation, communicate well, collaborate easily, and have a professional approach to work.
QUALIFICATIONS
You must be a trained nursing assistant with at least a passing grade according to the Swedish National Board of Education's vocational package from the healthcare and care program designed for work as a nursing assistant. The training corresponds to 1500 credits.
If you have a qualified education where you obtained the title nursing assistant before the 1500-credit training was introduced, the employer has the opportunity to make qualified individual assessments.
You have experience and knowledge to be able to receive the following delegations:
• Administer medications
• Insulin treatment
• Subcutaneous injections in pre-filled syringes
• Feeding via Mic-Key or PEG tube.
You must also have Swedish language skills where you have the ability to understand, speak, read, and write the Swedish used in healthcare. Much of the daily work involves communication and documentation in various systems.
A class B driver's license is meritorious.
Employment form: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start: By agreement.
