We are looking for home care assistants who want to become part of our growing operations in Majorna-Linné and Högsbo. We are recruiting for both day/evening shifts and night services. Your Role As a home care assistant with us, you work closely with our clients in their homes and contribute to a safe and functioning daily life. You meet clients with different needs and have an important role in building good relationships, providing quality care, and actively collaborating with your colleagues. You will, among other things: Provide support with personal care and daily routines Assume responsibility for medication delegation and social documentation Have conversations and create a sense of security when meeting with clients Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a good work environment Participate in planning and implementing care services Who We Are Looking For We are looking for you if you want to take responsibility and make a difference in people's daily lives. You have good judgment, are mature in your approach to work, and meet people in their homes with attentiveness and respect. You take responsibility in caring for others, can adapt to different situations, and contribute to good teamwork. Your Qualifications: Trained home care assistant with proof of protected title Previous work experience in healthcare and care Basic digital competence and ability to document in medical record systems Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written You can cycle Merits Experience in home care or working with multi-morbid patients Category B driver's license Bräcke Home Care Gothenburg Bräcke Home Care is located in Majorna–Linné in central Gothenburg. If offered employment, you must be able to provide a valid ID, proof of your protected title as a home care assistant, and an extract from the police's criminal record register and suspicion register. The extract should concern "Work in the home with elderly and people with disabilities" and must not be more than 6 months old when presented. If you have an extract issued before March 1, 2026, you need to order a new extract that covers both registers. You order the extract yourself via the police's e-service.
