JOB DUTIES As an employee with us, you are responsible for carrying out decided assistance measures. These tasks include, among other things, support and help with meals, hygiene, transfers, activities, etc. Your assignment will also be to support customers as necessary and strengthen their ability to be independent. You will work day shifts as well as every other weekend. QUALIFICATIONS Commitment and interest in the target group. You are meticulous and set high standards for your work performance. You are service-oriented, stable, empathetic, loyal, and have good judgment. You have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers. You have the ability to take personal responsibility and work independently. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. You have nursing assistant training (Protected Professional Title). Fluency in Swedish in speech and writing. Valid driver's license. Ability to cycle.
