Are you a certified nursing assistant with previous experience in home care services? We are now looking for you to join our day shift team (weekend duty included) – maybe you're exactly who we're looking for! We are constantly developing our operations and work on quality assurance through self-inspections. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in our activities – we can always improve. Competence matters – We offer training in dementia care, ergonomics, etc. We provide care and services to our clients through care decisions and work actively with contact person arrangements. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with the individual, respects our clients, and provides absolutely the best service. Requirements for the position are that you can work independently, but also in a team, as the work sometimes requires two people. It is important that you have proficiency in Swedish both spoken and written, and have telephone experience to be able to read digital schedules and instructions. Our clients sometimes have pets, so you need to be comfortable with animals and have no allergies. We travel between our clients by bicycle, so cycling experience is a requirement.
