Home Care in Fagersta is growing and expanding, so we need to strengthen our staff. Home Care in Fagersta consists of dedicated and proud employees who work every day to provide security and individualized care to Fagersta residents. The operation is currently divided into 13 smaller work groups plus a night shift, and we work geographically based on where our customers live. The operation also includes family support, volunteer activities, and day activities. Your Assignment As an employee with us, you work close to our customers in their homes and provide care, support, and service based on individual needs. You create security and continuity in everyday life and help strengthen customers' independence. The role also includes establishing and following up on implementation plans for the customers you are the primary care contact for. We work from a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on what works and on customers' own resources. The work requires flexibility, good demeanor, and the ability to quickly adjust to customers' needs. Your Qualifications and Merits We want you to have a degree from a health and care program or other corresponding education that the employer deems relevant. We are looking for someone who has: * Relevant nursing assistant training and you must be able to provide a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare regarding your protected professional title. * Good empathetic ability and the ability to listen to and understand customers' needs * Structure, integrity, personal maturity, and a positive attitude toward collaboration * A service-oriented, responsible, and initiative-taking work style * High flexibility and feel comfortable working throughout the operation * Basic IT skills B-class driver's license is required. It is advantageous if you have experience with systems such as IntraPhone, SignIt, LifeCare, and Multiaccess. Fagersta is a Finnish administrative area; knowledge of a minority language and minority cultures may be considered advantageous.
