We are seeking a nursing assistant for Vara Vård Vara Vård provides home care services on evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Your responsibilities as a nursing assistant with us involve scheduled home visits as part of our home care services. The work consists of standard basic home care tasks such as medication and insulin administration, catheter insertion/flushing, dressing changes, etc. In this role, you will also work closely with our registered nurses when needed. We cover Nacka/Värmdö. Your Qualifications You have nursing assistant training and preferably several years of professional experience. You should be confident in your profession. Previous experience working in home care is a merit. We are looking for someone who can prioritize tasks and collaborates well with colleagues. The position requires excellent patient interactions, so it is important that you are service-oriented, flexible, and easy to work with. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. Employment Type and Hours Both permanent and hourly positions available. Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement. B driving license is required.
