We're looking for you if you: Have experience as a nursing assistant or care aide, preferably in home care Are responsive, flexible, and proactive Have strong ability to interact with people professionally and empathetically Speak and write Swedish fluently Are comfortable with digital documentation ⏰ About the position Scope: As needed / Hourly employment Working hours: Day, evening, and weekends (schedule by agreement) Compensation: Hourly wage + Shift differentials 🚀 Ready to become part of our team?
