Teamwork for good quality We work in a team around the resident with care assistants, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, and activity coordinator to be able to offer health-promoting care and services of very high quality. This also means that you have safe support from colleagues, both care staff and other professional roles. Part of the position will include SAM shifts, which means you may sometimes be scheduled to work a few shifts at another care home within Falkenbergs Municipality. Of course, shadowing is planned in advance so you feel confident. When you work at Berguven, your schedule rotates on both weekdays and weekends, as well as both day shifts and evening shifts. QUALIFICATIONS You are a trained nursing assistant and can provide evidence from the National Board of Health and Welfare that you are authorized to use the title. If you are waiting for your credential, you need to be able to show that you have completed an approved nursing assistant education and that you have applied for and are waiting for credentials from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
