Brunnsgatan 13A is seeking dedicated nursing assistants who want to develop and take on additional responsibility.
We are looking for you who have a nursing assistant qualification and are interested in working with us on a schedule that includes both days and evenings with on-call duty every other weekend. We offer permanent positions at 100%.
We would appreciate if you have several of the following competencies:
Experience writing and updating care plans
Experience with documentation
Knowledge of cognitive impairment and dementia
Experience in responsibility and ombudsman roles
Experience supporting colleagues
Experience working with national quality registers

About the role and your responsibilities
As a nursing assistant, you work based on the resident's wishes and need for support with personal care, rehabilitation, meals, and activities. You perform delegated tasks. Your role also includes writing care plans, documenting in Lifecare, evaluating, and contributing to maintaining high quality. We monitor quality through national registers such as SveDem, BPSD, and Senior Alert.
You collaborate in a team with other professions, keeping the resident at the center. We work according to the national values in elderly care, where the key words are self-determination, participation, and individualization. You focus on the residents' wishes and needs and strive to make their everyday life meaningful.

Brunnsgatan 13A is located in Mårtenslundsparken in central Lund with good bus connections and proximity to the motorway. Just a stone's throw away, you can walk in the Botanical Garden. The residence has four units. Each unit has ten residents.
