Björkens Dementia Centers is centrally located within Höör and close to the train station. All services are housed under one roof, including specialized housing for people with dementia, short-term accommodation, respite care, and day activities.

DUTIES
At Björkens Dementia Centers, our goal is to create meaning, stimulation, joy, social interaction, and continue an active life for our residents. You will provide care based on the resident's wishes and needs with quality as the focus. As a nursing assistant, you are a key person in this work, and together with your colleagues, your supervisor, and healthcare personnel, we offer residents the best possible care.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a trained nursing assistant.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and can communicate clearly with residents, family members, and colleagues in both speech and writing.
• Is comfortable using a computer and mobile phone as work tools in daily tasks.
• Has a professional and respectful manner and genuine commitment to residents' needs and well-being.
• Is careful, responsible, and can work both independently and collaboratively with others.
• Has good teamwork abilities and contributes to a positive work environment.
• Has a pedagogical approach and can motivate and support residents based on their individual circumstances.
• Is flexible and able to adapt to changing needs in the operation.
• Is engaged, attentive, and contributes to creating security, participation, and a good atmosphere for residents, family members, and colleagues.
Salary form: Monthly salary.
