We're in an exciting phase of development, having recently opened additional patient beds and continuing to strengthen our team. We operate two orthopedic inpatient departments: Department 17, which cares for acute patients, and Department 18, which provides care for patients before and after planned (elective) procedures. Here you'll meet patients with fractures, arthritis, or other diagnoses related to the musculoskeletal system. The pace varies from day to day, making the work both varied and developmental. We have nursing assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, and doctors working closely together to provide the best possible care. We Offer: A welcoming and competent team Orientation tailored to your needs Opportunity to influence and contribute to quality and development projects A workplace that values new ideas Excellent opportunities for professional development Job Duties Provide person-centered care to our orthopedic patients Handle pre- and post-operative care Perform standard nursing assistant tasks such as specimen collection, wound dressing, and patient mobilization Participate in improvement and development initiatives Qualifications Requirements: Trained nursing assistant with completion of the Care and Service Program or the vocational Care and Service package through adult education Experience in inpatient care Experience in acute care Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written Good documentation skills Merits: Experience in orthopedic care Experience in wound care Personal Requirements: Solution-focused and initiative-taking Flexible You must be a team player while also capable of working independently You should be comfortable collaborating across team and departmental boundaries Loyal to the organization, patients, and colleagues Application If you have protected personal information, do not apply through the system.
