Job Responsibilities We work based on a "person-centered" approach to provide good care and secure support to our customers. You will perform nursing care work based on the customer's wishes, needs, and approved support decisions, in accordance with current guidelines and legislation. Documentation, reporting, and delegated tasks from home healthcare are part of the work. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed a nursing care program or equivalent education and experience in home care services. We are also seeking employees with relevant education and experience in disability services. You are trained as a Support Pedagogue or currently studying, or have equivalent pedagogical education. You are flexible and responsible and want to work both independently and as part of a team with varying tasks. You can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. We conduct ongoing interviews, so we welcome your application.
