We are actively reforming our outdoor environment and creating spaces for cultivation, gardening, and nature-based activities whether for activities or recreation. Animals such as chickens and dogs are present in our environment. The Kejsarbacken unit is the department that has chosen to keep chickens in their chicken coop located next to the department. The staff at Kejsarbacken have been a strong driving force in the outdoor environment renovation work and use it frequently together with the residents of the department. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS Our mission is to provide the residents with practical help and support in everyday situations based on their individual needs. This includes, for example, nursing care, social interaction, activities, meals, laundry care, medication administration, and more. Working as a nursing assistant with us means working carefully and professionally in collaboration with others on the team and in close contact with our clients. It also means working for good cooperation with other professions and family members. As a nursing assistant, you follow applicable laws and guidelines, such as the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you if you are a trained nursing assistant. As a person, you are attentive, understanding, and considerate. You handle stress in a constructive way, maintain good humor under pressure and setbacks. Furthermore, we see that you are organized, thorough, can follow instructions, and plan your work well. You also work easily with others. You master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with the individuals we serve, family members, colleagues, and carry out written documentation. We are looking for a nursing assistant for a full-time position with day/evening/weekend shifts and a nursing assistant for a full-time night shift position. Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Employment form: Permanent employment. Duration: Start date: 2026-10-01.
