You are part of a multiprofessional team composed of different professions. An important part of your work involves contact with relatives and other healthcare providers. About the Workplace Unit 1 at Fagersta Hospital has recently undergone a complete renovation and now offers a modern, bright, and pleasant work environment with the small hospital's family-like feel. On Unit 1, we care for patients from the entire northern part of the region and work with medically stable patients who come for follow-up care or rehabilitation, as well as palliative care. You are part of the team and work with standard nursing assistant duties, patient care, blood sampling, risk assessments, continued mobilization, and rehabilitation. As a person, you are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness. You work well with other people and have the ability to understand another person's perspective in a humble and respectful manner. You adapt easily to new circumstances and can remain calm in stressful and unexpected situations. Terms of Employment Fixed-term employment for 3-5 months, 80-100%, Fagersta.
