Work as a nursing assistant with standard duties at Björkbacken, a residential care facility. The position involves scheduled shifts including days, evenings, and weekends. We are looking for you to provide our residents with quality care, well-being, and community. We value your ability to collaborate well, be flexible, and take responsibility.
Qualifications
We seek a nursing assistant who is responsible, confident, and flexible. You have an easy way of building relationships and are attentive and responsive to others. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You should have a solution-oriented mindset and work well with the residents as the focus.
It is a merit if you have education or are studying within healthcare and care services. Experience with similar work or other life experience is something we value. The ability to speak and write Swedish is a requirement, as you will need to communicate with various people, maintain social documentation, and perform medical interventions. You will work closely with other professionals to help and support residents toward a dignified life and well-being according to their own circumstances.
You must be able to handle a mobile phone and computer.

Arjeplog Municipality has decided on a salary bonus for those hired in a current shortage occupation on a permanent position in Arjeplog Municipality, with an employment date after 2018-07-01. Nursing assistant is currently a shortage occupation. To receive this bonus, you must be registered in Arjeplog Municipality during these 3 years. The salary bonus is paid when employment exceeds: 12 months with 15,000 kr, 24 months with 22,500 kr, and 36 months with 30,000 kr.
As well as the possibility to apply for a relocation bonus for those with adequate education who get a job in a shortage occupation and register in Arjeplog. Maximum 30,000 kr after verified documentation.
The bonus is proportional to your degree of employment.
