Close Care Department Tierp Älvkarleby Our 1800 employees work with close care and health in Uppsala County. We offer a broad range of services within primary care. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centers or within habilitation services, and we provide advice by phone via 1177. Join us on our journey toward efficient and close care 2030! We are currently seeking nursing assistants who want to work hours with us, primarily on weekends. Your Assignment As a nursing assistant with us, you work together with the rest of the team to meet the patient's needs for medical care. In addition to providing the best possible care to our patients, you will get to participate in continuing to develop the operation. We place great emphasis on flexible team-based collaboration, and from that perspective, you will have varied work. We work together to create a coherent care process where everyone knows their role and where everyone can contribute to clarity and security for patients and their families. We work based on person-centered care where great emphasis is placed on the patient also having a natural participation in planning their own care. Your Qualifications We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a certificate of protected professional title for nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare. It is meritorious if you have healthcare experience, knowledge of person-centered care, and training as a specialist nursing assistant in elderly care, palliative care, or rehabilitation. As a person, you are positive, engaged, unpretentious, and empathetic with the ability to see the patient's needs and have good collaboration skills with other professional competencies. You should be able to contribute to a good work environment and not be averse to new working methods. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Our Operation The Close Care Department is part of Healthcare Center Tierp-Älvkarleby and is located in Tierp, between Uppsala and Gävle, with good commuting options. The operation consists of 18 care beds with shorter care stays and adapted admission and discharge flows. The department's mission is at the primary care level for ages 17 and up with inpatient care that does not require hospital specialist resources; we also conduct certain day care.
