Read more at timra.se A Nursing Assistant for a one-year temporary position with the possibility of extension You who become suitable for this position will work in Northern Home Care which operates from Söråkers Center. You will work in the client's home, where you will work based on approved services according to the Social Services Act. You will also perform healthcare tasks on delegation from Nurses and Rehabilitation staff. You will function as a fixed care contact for a number of clients and together with the clients create the basis for implementation plans. You will work in LMO Life Care Mobile Care, where your work schedule is in your work phone. There you also document changes in the client's condition and confirm completed healthcare services. In Northern Home Care, staff are divided into teams; the team meets approximately once every six weeks to reflect, review client status, plan work methods, etc. Qualifications: You are a trained nursing assistant with experience from elderly care. You are proactive, accustomed to working independently, but also understand the importance of teamwork. To become eligible for employment, it may be required that you in connection with interview or before employment: • present valid ID document• if necessary, provide proof of education with grades or diploma• have the right to work in Sweden and can present a valid work permit• if necessary, present a valid driver's license• if necessary, present a valid professional credential For certain positions, security vetting may be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations.
