Job Description We are now seeking locum associate physicians to cover for our regular ST physicians who will be rotating to other clinics. This is part of their training assignment and a natural step on their path to specialist competence in general medicine. We offer you a challenging and varied position at our physician clinic. Work at an emergency center may be included depending on your circumstances. We hope you become interested in the breadth of general medicine and can imagine a future in primary care. As an associate physician with us, you will of course receive regular supervision and the opportunity to participate in training together with other associate physicians. Together we will design an introduction based on your needs. Work Team We currently have approximately 65 employees who work well together and collaborate for professional patient care. At the health center, in addition to physician clinic and child health center, there are a number of specialist clinics including counseling services. We also have a rehabilitation coordinator, foot care, and a dietitian. We have a very good working environment and are proud of our workplace. About You We are looking for someone with a Swedish medical degree or Swedish medical license (attached to the application). Furthermore, you have Swedish language skills equivalent to Swedish C1 level. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients, relatives, colleagues, and other organizations, it is a requirement that you have very good Swedish language skills both spoken and written. Since we continuously develop our unit, we are looking for someone who sees change work as a natural part of daily work. As a person, you are confident and have good collaboration skills. You have good judgment and communicate clearly. It is also important that you are unpretentious, curious about learning new things, and view constructive feedback as a natural part of daily work. You can plan, organize, and prioritize your work. We place great importance on personal suitability.
