The health center currently has approximately 10,000 registered patients, where multicultural meets traditional society and apartments alternate with villas and single-family homes. The health center also has a large municipal assignment. Varberga Health Center's catchment area offers several development opportunities. There is already close collaboration between the health center, civil society, and other actors. One example of a project the health center participates in is meeting place VOX, an idea-driven public partnership (IOP) between Örebro Municipality, Örebro County Sports Federation, and the study association Bilda in Örebro. Varberga Health Center is also participating in a study with Örebro University. Varberga Health Center currently employs approximately 50 staff members. Job Responsibilities As an associate physician at Varberga Health Center, you will receive a varied assignment, including working with your own clinic with planned and acute visits with the support of an experienced colleague. As an associate physician, you will also be part of our drop-in clinic. Time for supervision and medical discussion with colleagues is scheduled. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has completed medical training and is classified by the National Board of Health and Welfare as an associate physician with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare. You are confident in your professional role, have a focus on patient safety, and have the ability to make decisions independently. Great importance is placed on personal suitability, especially the ability to collaborate, good communication, and a desire for development. You have a positive and professional approach to your work, where the patient is in focus and your ethical values align with the activities we conduct.
