The Internal Medicine Clinic is one of Region Kronoberg's largest clinics with operations in Växjö and Ljungby. At the Internal Medicine Clinic in Ljungby, we provide outpatient and inpatient specialized care in internal medicine, other internal medicine specialties (excluding geriatrics), and neurology. Together we create the best internal medicine clinic! 2 position(s). DUTIES As a resident physician at the Internal Medicine Clinic, you will be an important part of the team. Under supervision, you will work as a resident physician on the internal medicine ward with a primary focus on internal medicine/cardiology and stroke/neurology. The position also includes a smaller rotation toward the medical outpatient clinic and the emergency department, which means that as a resident physician with us you will gain experience in broad internal medicine work. You will receive thorough introduction and close support from experienced colleagues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build a solid foundation for AT/BT or a further career in internal medicine or neurology. QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking someone with a medical degree. A Swedish medical license is meritorious but not required. As a person, you have good interpersonal skills, good collaboration ability, and are flexible. You always work with the patient in focus. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
