Our Offer Primary Care Center Östergötland consists of 33 regionally operated primary care centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and on-call centers for evenings and weekends, and the General Medicine Training Center. We conduct broad primary care services where we provide care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, teenagers, adults, elderly, and end-of-life care patients. Vårdcentralen Tannefors is located approximately a ten-minute walk from central Linköping. We have approximately 13,200 patients registered from both rural and urban areas, a large portion of whom are middle-aged. We are 55 employees conducting complete outpatient operations including physician services, child health care, sexual health counseling, specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, incontinence, wound care, elderly care, dietitian and counseling services. The primary care center also has a family center and a well-functioning clinical laboratory. Together we work to provide our patients with quality care at the right time. Job Description As an associate physician, you are offered stimulating work with people of all ages with great focus on holistic care. You will have your own patient clinic and work in a team with other professionals. You support the physician team and see patients during scheduled and acute times, write prescriptions, and handle administrative tasks related to your cases. You always have access to supervision from competent and supportive specialists or resident physicians. About You You are either a licensed physician or completing your AT (physician training) with an approved medical degree, and we prefer that you have previous experience working as an associate physician. Experience in primary care and experience with Cosmic and ROS systems are advantages. As a person, you are stable and adapt easily to different situations, and you have excellent teamwork skills. We place great emphasis on you having a positive and professional approach and the ability to work independently and be flexible. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. We highly value engagement and forward-thinking. Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.
