Your Responsibilities
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, machinery, and production equipment together with the maintenance manager.
• Troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Participate in installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Work on improvement initiatives and root cause analysis to optimize production
• Document completed work and follow up on maintenance plans
• Collaborate closely with production and other departments

We are now seeking a maintenance technician for our operations in Sävsjö municipality. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the operation of our machinery and production equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
The work involves troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvements of production equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• You have technical education in maintenance, hydraulics, welding, mechanics, automation, or equivalent work experience
• You have experience working in industry, production, or technical fields
• You have a strong technical interest and desire to develop within maintenance and troubleshooting
• You are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy learning new things
• You take responsibility, work systematically, and enjoy collaborating
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits:
• Experience with CNC machines or automated production lines
• Knowledge of PLC and control systems
• Forklift certification or lift training
