About the Position As a maintenance technician with us, you are responsible for operational safety, repairs, and preventive maintenance of machinery and production equipment. The factory is equipped with everything from casting molds and reinforcement machines to overhead cranes, mixer stations, and automated systems. Your job is to minimize downtime and ensure that production maintains the highest possible quality and safety standards. Your Main Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled service and inspections on machines and facilities. Troubleshooting and Repairs: Address urgent mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults in the production line. Improvement Work: Identify and implement technical optimizations to increase machine efficiency (OEE). Documentation: Record completed work and failure reports in our digital maintenance system. Safety Focus: Ensure that machine safety and workplace regulations are always followed during maintenance work. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is practical, solution-oriented, and flexible. Since production depends on functioning machinery, you need to be able to quickly reprioritize when urgent needs arise. Qualifications: Technical upper secondary school (e.g., in electrical, mechanical, automation, or industrial fields) or equivalent professional experience. Several years of experience with maintenance work in manufacturing industry, preferably in heavy industry or prefab. Solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics. (Electrical competence/BB1 is highly desirable). Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
