About the Position As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be an important resource in Hydro's maintenance organization. The role has a clear focus on preventive maintenance, planning, and development of maintenance processes. You'll work closely with the maintenance manager and maintenance team to create structure, improve work methods, and ensure that operations have the best possible conditions for stable production. Key Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician, you will, among other things: Work with preventive maintenance Develop and improve Hydro's maintenance systems Create and structure maintenance plans and maintenance checklists Manage projects related to, for example, lubrication schedules and maintenance strategies Work in production to map equipment and gain understanding of the facility Collaborate with maintenance personnel, production, and external suppliers Handle documentation, spare parts information, and improvement initiatives You'll receive an individualized introduction where you get to know the operation by working closely with both the maintenance department and production. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Required Qualifications Experience from work within maintenance or machine-close production Strong interest in machinery and technology Good computer skills Interest in improvement and development work Fluent Swedish, spoken and written Good English language skills Meritorious Qualifications Education in maintenance, production, or similar field Experience as a maintenance technician Experience with MaintMaster or similar maintenance systems We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
