Key Responsibilities As a maintenance technician, you'll be part of a skilled team of 3 colleagues that make up the maintenance department at Hjordnära Dairy. The work as a maintenance technician is broad, independent and varied, requiring technical competence, responsibility and initiative. You'll work both independently and as part of a team. On-call duty is part of the position. Your main responsibilities include: - Performing both preventive and emergency maintenance and repairs, and working in our maintenance system Maintmaster - Performing service, maintenance and troubleshooting of machines, robots and process equipment - Contributing to improvement initiatives and projects - Assisting with equipment installations Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for someone with an interest in technical and mechanical maintenance work. You likely have previous experience working as a technician, mechanic or technical machine operator. We'd like to see technical secondary education or vocational training in maintenance or mechanical engineering. It's also an advantage if you have experience with automation and PLC programming. Since this role involves many contact points, it's important that you have good communication skills and can collaborate with colleagues across different parts of the organization. You should be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and we'd like to see good computer skills and familiarity with maintenance systems. As a person, you're unpretentious and solution-oriented team player with the ability to work independently and take your own initiative. You have a willingness to learn and develop, and you're responsible, thorough, structured and safety-conscious in your work and committed to doing a good job.
