Job Responsibilities You will become an important part of the operation, responsible for ensuring that production and facilities function as they should through maintenance, repairs, and improvement work. Examples of job responsibilities: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and production equipment • Troubleshooting and repairs within mechanics and automation equipment • Contact with external service partners and suppliers • Participation in improvement and development work • Installation, assembly, and maintenance of accessories and ancillary equipment • Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and ancillary equipment Employment Type: Permanent employment (with 6-month probationary period) Working Hours: Daytime, full-time (100%) Start: By agreement Work Location: Olsfors Background and Personal Qualities Are you a technically skilled and solution-oriented person who thrives with varied tasks? Then this could be the role for you. We are looking for someone who has: • Experience in industrial maintenance and workshop work within sheet metal, welding, blasting, painting, and assembly • Good mechanical understanding and experience working practically both independently and in groups • Knowledge, training, and experience in maintenance and repair of automation solutions • Good flexibility when needed to complete ongoing repair work • Merits: forklift certification, lift certification (scissor lift/boom lift), and overhead crane certification • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Valid driver's license (Category B) As a person, you are: • Self-driven • Solution-oriented • Responsible You see what needs to be done and thrive when given personal responsibility, while also collaborating with colleagues in the operation.
