Job Duties You will be an important part of the operations, responsible for ensuring that production and facilities function as they should through maintenance, repairs, and improvement work. Examples of job duties: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and production equipment • Troubleshooting and repairs in mechanics and automation equipment • Contact with external service partners and suppliers • Participation in improvement and development work • Installation, assembly, and maintenance of accessories and auxiliary equipment • Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and auxiliary equipment Employment Type: Permanent employment (with a 6-month probationary period) Work Hours: Daytime, full-time (100%) Start Date: By agreement Location: Olsfors Background and Personal Qualities Are you a technically skilled and solution-oriented person who enjoys varied tasks? Then this might be the role for you. We are looking for someone who has: • Experience in industrial maintenance and workshop work in sheet metal, welding, blasting, painting, and assembly • Good mechanical understanding and are comfortable working practically both independently and in a group • Knowledge, training, and experience in maintaining and repairing automation solutions • Good flexibility when needed to complete ongoing repair work • Merits: Forklift certification, lift truck certification (scissor lift/boom lift), and bridge crane certification • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Driver's license (category B) As a person, you are: • Self-driven • Solution-oriented • Responsible You see what needs to be done and enjoy taking personal responsibility while collaborating with colleagues in the organization.
