Job Responsibilities You will be an important part of the operation, responsible for ensuring that production and facilities function properly through maintenance, repairs, and improvement work. Examples of tasks: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and production equipment • Troubleshooting and repairs in mechanical and automation equipment • Contact with external service partners and suppliers • Participation in improvement and development work • Installation, assembly, and maintenance of accessories and auxiliary equipment • Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and auxiliary equipment Employment Type: Permanent position (with 6-month fixed-term employment) Working Hours: Daytime, full-time (100%) Start Date: By agreement Location: Olsfors Background and Personal Qualities Are you a technically skilled and solution-oriented person who enjoys varied tasks? Then this role could be perfect for you. We are looking for someone with: • Experience in industrial maintenance and workshop work in sheet metal, welding, blasting, painting, and assembly • Good mechanical understanding and experience working practically both independently and in a group • Knowledge, training, and experience in maintenance and repair of automation solutions • Good flexibility when needed to complete ongoing repair work • Meritorious: forklift certification, lift truck certification (scissor lift/boom lift), and overhead crane certification • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Class B driver's license As a person, you are: • Self-driven • Solution-oriented • Responsible You see what needs to be done and thrive when given personal responsibility, while collaborating with colleagues in the operation.
