About the Position
As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operation of production equipment. You will work with both preventive and corrective maintenance as well as troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You will be an important part of the maintenance team and work closely with production and other technical functions.
Shift work occurs with rotating schedules covering night, evening, day, and weekend shifts.
Your Tasks:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical faults
Participate in installation, commissioning, and modification of machines and equipment
Contribute to improvement initiatives to increase operational safety and productivity
Document completed maintenance work and follow up on actions taken
Collaborate with production and other departments to minimize downtime
About You
We are looking for someone who is technically interested, solution-oriented, and takes responsibility. You work in a structured manner, have a high awareness of safety and quality, and enjoy analyzing problems to find sustainable solutions. You are self-driven in your work but also appreciate collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals. You have a strong passion for technology and are motivated to develop both processes and working methods.
Required Qualifications
Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle
Good Swedish language skills, spoken and written
Post-secondary education in maintenance technology, electrical, automation, industrial engineering, or equivalent
Experience working as a maintenance technician in industrial settings
Knowledge of mechanics combined with electrical, pneumatic, or automation systems
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take responsibility for your work
