About the Maintenance Technician Role As a maintenance technician at Finja Betong, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring operations and preventing production stops. You'll work on troubleshooting, servicing, repairing, and maintaining machines and production equipment. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy practical work, have solid technical interest, and appreciate solving problems in a production environment. You'll work closely with production and contribute to ensuring machines and equipment function optimally to maintain safe and efficient operations. Examples of Work Tasks: Preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and production equipment Troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and hydraulic systems Repair welding with gas and stick welding Servicing and maintenance of production equipment Documentation of completed work in the company's systems Participation in improvement work to increase operational reliability Who Are We Looking For? We're looking for you as a responsible, solution-oriented person who enjoys working practically. You have strong technical interest and good ability to work both independently and with colleagues. You're thorough and find it easy to prioritize when multiple tasks compete for your attention.
