You work closely with production and contribute to ensuring high availability, quality, and efficiency in our machines and facilities. You will: Work with both acute and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair machines and production equipment Participate in and drive improvement and development projects Coordinate and supervise external contractors Manage procurement of spare parts and equipment Work continuously in our maintenance system As we build up our new factory, you'll also have the opportunity to be involved in developing work methods, structures, and technical solutions. Who we're looking for We're looking for you who enjoys a role where you can combine practical work with problem-solving and improvement work. You're self-driven, structured, and like taking responsibility – but you're also a team player who contributes to a positive work environment. We see that you have: Several years of experience as a maintenance technician or similar Experience troubleshooting and repairing machines (mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics) Good computer skills and experience with maintenance systems Welding skills Good knowledge of Swedish and English Meritorious: Electrical skills Turning and milling skills Automation/PLC Fork lift and overhead crane certification Practical information Location: Åshammar (eventually Sandviken) Scope: Daytime, full-time, permanent Salary: Fixed salary About BUMAX BUMAX AB is a Swedish premium brand that manufactures world-class stainless steel fasteners and is known globally as "the world's strongest stainless-steel bolts".
