As a maintenance technician, you become part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring high availability and operational reliability of the company's machinery. You work closely with production on both urgent interventions and long-term improvements to ensure efficient and stable operations. The role offers great variety in your tasks and opportunities to develop specialist skills in areas that interest you. As someone new to the role, you will receive thorough introduction and support from experienced colleagues to create the best conditions for success. Examples of work tasks: Troubleshooting and repair of machines and production equipment. Preventive and corrective maintenance. Handling acute operational disruptions. Training and support for operators. Participation in improvement and development work to increase operational reliability and efficiency. Collaboration with production and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Working hours are mainly during daytime. After the introduction period, on-call duty is included according to a rotating schedule. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology who is motivated by solving technical problems. You are curious, responsible, and enjoy a role where you can combine practical work with troubleshooting and improvement work. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have a technical education at upper secondary level or higher, such as in technology, industry, workshop, or electrical work. Have experience working in maintenance, production, or other technical operations, or alternatively have a strong technical interest and practical experience from, for example, automotive mechanics or similar. Communicate fluently in Swedish and have good knowledge of English. We consider it a merit if you have: Experience from production or manufacturing environments. Knowledge of machine processing, such as milling or turning. Experience with automation, control systems, or industrial equipment. This position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations.
