How You Will Make an Impact
As a technician, you will work in and report to the Maintenance Organization. You will be part of the team working with equipment in warehouse or production.
The role involves ensuring high technical availability and stable operation of our machinery through daily service, structured preventive maintenance, and when needed, quick and safe handling of urgent failures. Your main focus is
Perform preventive maintenance according to maintenance plans. This is primarily on equipment within your own area of responsibility, but when needed, also support other technicians with maintenance tasks.
Perform corrective maintenance and be the first point of contact for urgent failure resolution
Contribute to improvements of the maintenance plan and its content, primarily within your own area of responsibility.
In your daily work, you will combine a strategic mindset with an operational focus on execution and the desire to increase operator-assisted maintenance. Therefore, your strong interest in sharing knowledge and jointly finding good solutions is a strength.
What Will Make You Successful
You have a strong interest in technology and production flows. As a maintenance technician, you must possess good collaboration skills, be responsible, and solution-oriented.
We know you are a very responsible person with a high degree of attention to detail and a genuine passion for technology and service. The combination of being able to work independently and as part of a team makes you a winner with us. You master Swedish speech and writing at a high level, and you are comfortable with English.
Experience with technical equipment in the industrial sector
Good computer skills, experience with SAP work is a plus
Collaboration skills in the form of the ability to participate in cross-functional forums with the previously mentioned partners
Ability to independently drive initiatives within your areas of responsibility
Secondary/post-secondary technical education (mechanical/electrical/automation) or equivalent experience from manufacturing industry.
Desirable experience with servo/robotics, vision/camera, coding, electrical schematic reading, and experience in electrical installation, Total Productive Maintenance fundamentals.
