Your Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Planner at Geberit, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on both preventive and corrective maintenance efforts to ensure high availability of factory equipment in line with safety, quality, efficiency, and cost objectives. The role involves establishing, updating, and optimizing maintenance plans in close collaboration with the maintenance organization and various stakeholders in operations.
You are also responsible for maintaining and developing master data in SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), updating relevant modules in the business system, and monitoring completed work against established plans. Through analysis and generation of statistics, you contribute to the organization's continuous improvement efforts. The role also includes identifying training needs and implementing and developing training in SAP PM for colleagues within the organization.
