We at Asta Agency are collaborating with Another Snus Factory in this recruitment process. The process is conducted through Asta and you will then be employed directly by Another Snus Factory. About the Position As a maintenance mechanic, you will be an important part of the maintenance work and ensure that the machinery operates optimally to keep production stable and efficient. You work closely with operators and the maintenance manager, with a clear responsibility to minimize downtime and contribute to safe and well-functioning operations. Responsibilities: Perform planned, preventive maintenance as well as repairs and ongoing supervision of production machines. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve operational disruptions to keep production stable and efficient. Participate in improvement initiatives, optimizations, and maintenance projects. Document and report completed work in the maintenance system. Work closely with operators and the maintenance manager to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications and Characteristics To thrive and succeed in this role, you are an industrial mechanic who enjoys precision mechanics and has experience working with complex machines where precision is crucial. You are confident, unpretentious, and solution-oriented with the ability to be flexible and remain calm when circumstances change. As a person, you are social, enjoy contributing to a positive team spirit, and appreciate collaboration with your team. Additionally, you have: At least 5 years of experience in precision mechanical work in industry. Good knowledge in troubleshooting and repair of complex production machines with small and sensitive components. Driver's license (Class B). Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is meritorious if you have knowledge, familiarity, or experience with GD snus machines, Logimark, Smipack, or Ettiketto. Additional Information Start: By agreement. Location: Kungsängen. Scope: Full-time. During the trial period, you will work daytime hours, and following permanent employment, you will work evening shifts between 15:00–23:00. Salary: By agreement.
