Job Description · Production of pallets and pallet components on machines · Troubleshoot and repair machines and production equipment · Perform preventive maintenance and improvements to minimize downtime · Mechanical maintenance and basic electrical, pneumatic/hydraulic work · Replace wear parts and components · Document completed work and discrepancies · Ensure machines are safe after repair · Monitor availability of spare parts and materials · Collaborate with production and other maintenance personnel · Distribute work during evening shifts · Follow up on task completion Your Profile We are looking for someone with technical knowledge and several years of experience in machine maintenance as well as experience leading small groups. You contribute to a positive atmosphere and engagement and thrive in a small, dynamic organization. You are also responsible, thorough, and solution-oriented. Other Information Collective agreement according to the Wood Industry Agreement. Wellness allowance. Permanent evening shift; Monday – Thursday and every other Friday. Valid Hot Work certificate and forklift certification required. Class B driver's license. Swedish and English, spoken and written.
