We are now scaling up in Falun and therefore strengthening our Maintenance Department with a maintenance mechanic. About the Position As a maintenance mechanic, you will become an important part of our maintenance department and work on maintaining and improving operational reliability of our production equipment. You are responsible for both planned preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance. The work takes place in our clean and modern production environment where you contribute to creating efficient and sustainable processes. Examples of typical tasks: • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance • Plan and execute assigned work orders independently • Document and report completed work • Develop new maintenance instructions • Share technical knowledge with production staff • Participate in departmental improvement initiatives You will be part of a cohesive team of approximately 15 people consisting of mechanics, electricians, and automation engineers. You report to the Maintenance Manager. Who Are You In this recruitment process, we will place great emphasis on your personal qualities. Your Background We are looking for someone with relevant upper secondary education (technical, mechanical, industrial technical, or similar), or equivalent work experience that we assess as equivalent. And some years of work experience in similar work. You have a good understanding of mechanics, preferably regarding tanks, valves, and pumps, and you are comfortable using IT systems to manage work tasks and documentation. Previous experience in similar work is a merit. Swedish and English spoken and written.
