About the Role
As Maintenance Leader – Tools, you have overall responsibility for tool maintenance in our operations in Linköping. You lead a team of 5 technicians and work closely with production and your colleagues in Industrial Engineering to create stable and efficient maintenance. The role is varied and combines hands-on presence in operations with a longer-term perspective. You support the team in daily work while driving improvements and developing methods based on experience and data.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people and technology – and who wants to build something better over time.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the team in daily operations
Plan, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance activities
Ensure our tools maintain high availability and quality
Drive improvements in work methods, structure, and planning
Work with monitoring and use data as the foundation for development
Collaborate with production, engineering, and external partners
Your Profile
We believe you have an interest in both people and technology, and that you thrive in a role where you can take responsibility and create structure.
Experience leading or coordinating work in industry or maintenance
Ability to create clarity, engagement, and collaboration in a team
Experience in maintenance work (tool maintenance is a merit but not required)
Experience with maintenance systems (we use Maintmaster)
Interest in continuous improvement and developing work methods
Strong proficiency in Swedish and English
EFNMS certification as maintenance leader or technician is highly meriting.
